Using essential oils, deep breathing, soft music and massage techniques from different traditions,
you sink into letting go while I iron out deep seated physical tensions. I trained as a massage therapist (Aromatherapy and Reflexology) in the late 1990's in South Africa. I also completed shorter courses in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Accupressure and Indian Head Massage. I tailor the massage to your specific needs, which we discuss mutually. I could spend a whole hour on your back, neck and shoulders; offer a gentle full body massage for up to 90mins, or a shorter 30min deep massage. |

on Tuesdays, some weekends and some evenings. Price Guidelines: 30 mins: £30 60 mins: £40 90 mins: £55 Things you should know If possible, arrive 10 mins before your scheduled time. It's best to remove your glasses or contact lenses and any jewellery. Please do not wear any makeup or hair products.... your hair may be ruffled! There are stairs up to the house, and again up to the massage room. Try not to plan anything strenuous after the massage if at all possible.... chilling is best! Drink lots of water from 12 hours before and after the treatment. If you find any part of the massage causes discomfort, do let me know so that I can alter the treatment accordingly. You are welcome to speak freely during the treatment. For best results, however, it's best to keep chatting to a minimum... and it's ok if you fall asleep. On the day of your massage you must be feeling well. If you are suffering from a cold, flu, fever it is best to reschedule for when you are feeling better. |
